Office manager

Louise began her estate agency career in 1998 in Los Cristianos, Tenerife, where she specialized in property sales and leasing. After returning to the UK in 2006, she soon joined Jones & Redfearn, bringing her international experience to the team. With 19 years at the firm, Louise now serves as the office manager, overseeing daily operations and providing exceptional client service.

Her expertise includes administration for the business, scheduling and coordinating between clients and agents. She acts as a key liaison between buyers, sellers, solicitors, and other parties involved in the transaction of sales, ensuring the process runs smoothly and efficiently, making her an integral part of the company’s success.

Ebony Morgan

Property Consultant

Ebony is in the fourth year of her Estate Agency career, bringing an enthusiastic and fresh approach. As a property consultant, she client-focused in every transaction, specializing in client relations, property listing, and guiding buyers and sellers through the sales process. Her expertise includes market analysis, property marketing, and negotiation, ensuring clients receive professional and informed advice.

In addition to her role in property consultancy, Ebony leverages her strong background in social media and digital marketing. Holding a BA (Hons) in Communication Marketing (Social Media), she plays a key role in enhancing the firm’s visual and online presence.

Nick Redfearn

Property Consultant

Nick began his Estate Agency career in 1976 as an auction room porter and clerking on the rostrum. He later transitioned into residential sales, gaining extensive experience in property transactions. In 1985, he became a partner in the firm, and in 1996 following the merger with Eastlands, Jones & Redfearn was formed, where Nick continued to contribute his expertise.

Now serving as a property consultant, Nick brings a wealth of knowledge in property valuation, market analysis, and sales negotiation. His skill set includes assessing property values, conducting market appraisals, and providing expert guidance on residential real estate. He also works to ensure that clients receive professional property tours, addressing their queries, and offering insights to help them make informed decisions.
